By exploring feelings, behaviors and beliefs, individuals can increase self-knowledge and understanding, learn news ways of coping and create steps toward creating a rewarding and satisfying life.
Family therapy can be beneficial when families are struggling to communicate or manage conflicts effectively. Family therapy can be used to build healthy coping, problem solving and communication skills, which can create positive change in the whole family system.

Dr. Harcus provides clinical supervision to University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology students. She is also available for clinical supervision for those earning hours toward psychology licensure.
Throughout her training, Dr. Harcus has developed specialty in the assessment and treatment of non-suicidal self-injury and has provided trainings in a variety of professional settings.
